Why is pricing not published?
Case price moves with volume, ship window and channel, so a published number would be wrong for almost everyone reading it. Tell us the shape of the order and you get the price that actually applies to you, the next business day.
What is the smallest order you take?
25 cases, mixed across products however you like. Cases are 12 units.
Do I have to take a call?
No. Leave a phone number and we call; leave only an email and the quote arrives in writing.
Can I sample before committing?
Yes. Say so in the notes and we build a sampling allocation into the first order rather than billing it separately.
Do you set the retail price?
No. You do. We publish no MSRP.
